Firstly, don't let anyone write your symptoms off as psychological. With that many blows to the head (wow!), you're almost certainly a TBI case.

Aside from advocating REST, I would suggest that you document your TBI by having a neuro-psych exam. Conventional MRIs are not sensitive enough to image damage to the brain's tiny axons, etc...
