In addition to what dspine already stated.....
I suggest that you hire an attorney who ONLY deals with Social Security Disability cases. You can find a local one in your Yellow Pages and/or online. The initial consultation is free!!! "Interview" a few. Pick the one that you are most comfortable with. An SSD attorney will do all the work for you. That being said..........

I have done basically the same kind of work/job title for the past 15 years, just many different places.I know a Detailed Earnings Report is available from SSA, but it says you have to wait up to four months to receive it!

During all the years you have worked, you should have received a Social Security Statement in the mail. The Statement shows a record of your earnings and gives you estimates of the Social Security benefits you may be eligible to receive. This statement comes around the time of your birthday every year. So my question to you is, did you save your yearly statments? Wealth of info in them.
Contact/call the temp agency for copies of your records.
