To be sure. But most CP patients who are prescribed methadone aren't expected to have/need to come off of it; they're expected to need opioid therapy for the rest of their lives. It's unusual to just taper off of methadone rather than rotate to another opioid (first).

How are you addressing/coping with your CP now?
