they ruled out strep thank goodness. did put me on an antibiotic amoxicillon so I am taking that. gave me a pain killer which helps. and an eye drop rx because I have an ickey eye.
I am feeling the same, have been taking heavy duty over the counter stuff. stopped taking the mucinex because it is not in my chest I was taking it as a cough prevention. I am not coughing now which is good.
