Thanks Annie I really appreciate those links.
I am lucky in the fact that one of our friends is a pharmacist and also where my husband works there is a pharmacy so he can check there. I wouldn't do anything without double checking with both.
The lotion appealed to me as I know I have absorption issues but what you say is right you don't know how much dose you would be getting.
I have no idea what my levels of magnesium are its not something that is routinely tested here. B12 is more regularly tested but that's not worth the paper its written on as they don't treat deficiency until you are at 180! BTW just reading a very good book on b12 deficiency.
I did have a giggle about oxytocin as I learnt all about that when we whelped puppies all those years ago!
