You could simply ask your Primary Care Physician for an A.D.D. medication and if you have a medical history with ADD as a diagnosis there shouldn't be a problem. Although some PCP's don't like to prescribe ADD meds.

A Psychiatrist would be ideal for prescribing ADD medications as these medications are their specialty.
