Couldn't agree more.

I'd suggest going to see a psychologist to or therapist or at least a family member / friend to talk about your anxiety.

I wish I did this sooner. My extremely large ego did not want to admit that I had an anxiety issue. I've also always been a very mentally tough person.

Unfortunately an injured brain doesn't care about your ego or how tough you are and the anxiety will come.

The first thing you need to do is accept that anxiety is there and that it's ok to have it.

I think some CBT work with a professional could help wonders here. I know it did for me. It can't hurt .. that's for sure.
