Hi BlueFox and thank you for your reply, actually just replied to your post.

Saw my Dr and this BP is now 155 over 90 (not sure of lower # but it's 90 or 90 something) Dr is putting it down to the pain I'm in but I'm still worried and went and bought my own BP kit to keep an eye on it

I am so careful with what I eat, no sugar, no white and very little processed foods. This BP has been higher after the steroid injection.
