Has anyone had Central Pain as a first symptom. This pain is characterized by abnormal neuro type sensations pretty much all of body. Non-provoked and random.

I also have an internal tremor in right leg, at rest.

These 2 symptoms have remained constant for 5 years with no progression.

Of course no diagnosis, only Gabapentin for symptom control.

Anyone ever heard of this or experienced these symptoms?
