I drop things all the time. I have trouble grasping things too because my rsd hand doesn't close all the way and my fingers are turned slightly to the right. My wrist also is locked so it's hard to reach for things and grab them because of this too. I understand how you feel. It's very frustrating. I use a putty ball the try to keep my fingers nimble and build strength in my hand so I can grasp and hold onto things a little better. You can get them from a PT facility. They charge about $4.00 for a cup of putty but its worth it. I also pick up marbles. That helps too. I hope you feel better soon.
