Celebrex has a sulfonamide allergy warning attached to it.
People who cannot metabolize sulfonamide linkages, or who have an allergic component to them, will react to Celebrex.
I suggest you discuss discontinuing this with your doctor and find another NSAID.

There are people who just react to various drugs and when that happens, it is a signal to make a change.
People with sensitivity to sulfonamides may also react to sulfites used in food and wine.

People who drink wine and beer and have PN may in fact have a sulfite reaction and not PN at all. (the symptoms may be paresthesias related to the sulfite content.)
