My left shoulder is lower than the right and has been for many years , even before I heard of TOS. I did go off my horse @ age 15 and land on my head so that could have been a factor with my c1 c2 and other misalignments.
Plus a childhood of backyard sports, and various other tomboyish stunts/activities..
Then years of assembly work, repetitious, static postures....

Try to seek out the best , most knowledgeable PTs , or maybe a chiro...that you can find.
*Someone that goes beyond the same old same old cookie cutter treatment plan.*

Don't stay with anyone that isn't seeming to listen to you and that isn't giving you any relief.
Pain relief should come first, then build strength after the pain is gone..if it can be tolerated..

Danchol, have you seen Sharon Butler's website? She also has a book for RSI's (includes TOS) in many libraries.. gentle stretches, explains the fascia connection..
