I'm having acupuncture right now after the last round of PT made my neck and shoulder flare up.

It's called dry needling, some call it acupuncture, others don't, the first three times no difference, only headaches and pain but this last visit has made some difference.

I have to lie on my stomach and when I stand up I'm dizzy for a while.
