I kinda think it was when I was about 8 or 9. I fell out of a second story window and landed on my hands and knees on ice over concrete. A dumb accident.... Yes, I have had both shoulders operated on as well. Plus, my mom and several of my siblings have problems with their backs, but I'm the only one with surgeries for it.
