Have you had a x ray or assessment for any spinal issues/ low back etc?
Are your hips level, or is one side higher/tilted?
how about shoulders even/level?
same for knees?
If those are off correcting that might help overall. (PT, chiro, bodyworker..)

Usually with TOS other causes of symptoms/pain that can be ruled out by bloodwork or imaging is the best way to go. It narrows down the possibilities.

I guess I have a few more questions..
how long have you had TOS?
How is your walking being affected?


There often is a fascia/ myofascial impact with TOS, if you are feeling a little more stiff & slight tightness/sticky tissue , takes awhile to get loosened up and going??
