I find walking helps for anxiety, relaxes the mind and is good for brain blood flow. Like Hockey says anxiety is a concussion symptom as can be depression. Have something to look forward to like a treat to stay optimistic

Recovery doesn't tend to be linear, you will get setbacks, don't be hard on yourself it's still early days the brain certainly takes time to heal. But I sympathise with you regarding UK GP's mine just printed out a leaflet and gave it me.
