I get the spins, too. If I try to walk, I bounce off the walls like a ping pong ball. I find it happens if I've been really overdoing it.

My spouse is very dismissive of my PCS symptoms and pressures me to ignore them and carry on. To avoid an argument, I once walked our dog while I was in the "spin cycle." I'm sure everyone who saw me thought I was drunk - at 6am.
