I have learned to pick my battles.

There is no pop/cola in our house. Hubby went from coke to diet coke, down to sweet tea and is currently at 1/2 sweet half unsweet tea or water. We don't eat chips or candy. We don't keep snacky foods besides fruit, almonds and peanut butter pretzels. I've never had sugar in my house except once a year on cookie day.

I've learned that even the best product isn't the best unless it's used. So I've spent lots of money the last 12 years on unused vitamins. This is worth the sugar and cost since they take them daily.
