Head aches are often the result of a subtle upper neck injury. Try icing your upper neck. I have a recipe for making your own crushable ice packs in the Vitamins and Supplements sticky at the top.
Sometimes, head aches need to just be endured while the brain heals. Aspirin and Tylenol combined may help.
