Agree with your effect Mrs. D. I can't take fish/Krill oil but was able to work up to one piece of premium salmon at night, which I eat before dinner. I am also able to eat walnuts before I go to bed, for the Omega 3. I have pills for BP that give me bad dreams and have found that if I squeeze in as much omega 3 before bedtime that I can... I fail to have those horrible dreams and sleep better.

My humble opinion would be that the omega 3, a natural mood booster, works just as well through the night as it does during the day if you can get it in right before bedtime. Found the same thing, just different foods.
