I think you should see a good medical liability attorney, and see if you have reason to sue for damages and further treatment costs.

The statute of limitations in most states is only 2 yrs. If you are put off by doctors (who stick up for each other to avoid liability suits), then you miss the window entirely.

1) your epidural was botched. You know that and can get the records to prove it

2) you are deteriorating.

Lawyers have doctors they can send you to for another opinion.

I suggest you consider this.
