Use caution if thinking of taking Neuroscience supplements especially if you are taking antidepressants.

My wife had been recovering from a deep depression when her mother, brother, father and sister died one at a time over a 4 year period. She was the primary caregiver. She was still on some antidepressants and her recovery was progressing well. She was about 85 % of her normal self when a friend suggested that she see a doctor who specialized in Neuroscience supplements and might be able to help her sleep and to complete her recovery. But after a month of taking the Neuroscience products that the doctor prescribed (Calm CP, Kavinace, Andrecor), she suffered a Major setback (a crash) and now has these symptoms. Constant Fatigue, Whole body tremors, no appetite, headaches, chest pressure, confusion, can't concentrate, emotionally numb, loss of pleasure in everyday activities, constant anxiety, cannot sleep, difficulty remembering anything, excessive worrying, can't make decisions, heavy legs, and no libido. Most of these symptoms only occured at a high level after taking the supplements.
I'm not suggesting that the Neuroscience products are the cause of all of the above. it just seems that the supplements when combined with the antidepressants may have triggered her "crash" She has been off Supplements for about 2 1/2 months and she still has the above symptoms.

The drugs that she is taking Include ARMOUR THYROID, TRAZODONE, EFFEXOR, REMERON, ,& ABILIFY. According to her own Doctor says the Her Sarotonin levels are perfect, her Brain Scan was also fine.

I'm interested any ideas and suggestions that may help her. I will pass them on to her doctor and to the psychiatrists she will be seeing over the next few weeks. She has already seen one psychiatrist who says she had a patient who suffered a similar "Crash" with the same "Neuroscience Doctor".
