My latest 50/200CR refill was the peach-colored oblong tablets with L200 imprinted. The local CVS pharmacy label showed "MFR: ACCORD HEALTHCA". Previously, the prescription was filled with the blue Mylan tablets.

I'm not sure about the relative effectiveness of the two preparations, but I have had to increase dosage from 4 each day to 5 in order to maintain a dependable "on" state since the color change. I attributed it to progression of my symptoms, whereas it may actually be due to alterations in composition of the medication. I will ask my pharmacist about going back to the Mylan product.
