Hi Grace

So good to hear an update from you, I do remember when you posted back in February about your worries and fears. Such good new to hear you are doing well and finding life with lesser pain. I'm doing the happy dance for you

2 rods. 4 screws.
But, the pain I have endured for 3 decades is gone. At 20 weeks from surgery, I still have some restrictions regarding torsion motions, but I am pain free except for some lingering surgery pain. I fought having a fusion until they had too much evidence showing it was necessary. My Neurospinal Surgeon is brilliant.
I am so grateful to be pain free.
