Yes.

The floaters I had went away with Hormone Replacement Therapy after they discovered that I had hormone deficiencies caused by the concussion I sustained.

But there may be several different causes of them - as MarkInIdaho says: if you've seen one brain injury, then you've seen one brain injury!

If you are still early on in your recovery (>1 year) they might go away eventually on their own.

I recommend that you see an optometrist and/or an ophthalmologist.
