i suggest you ask this question in the regular message section under NEW THEAD, i myself rarely look "up here" on my screen.

i did a tandem bike clinical trial about a year ago. i loved doing it, made friends. results aren't out but i noticed no immediate or long term reduction in any pd symptoms, others said they did. i was in pretty good shape to start and had been exercising vigorously for years so wasn't expecting any benefit. i have noticed if i go on a +3hr bike ride at a +10mph pace i do notice my sinemet seems to last longer for the rest of the day but no longer and i feel better mentally and physically.

trial was 10 weeks, 3 days a week during the day so nobody in the trial worked full time.
