Cool The issue with Sandals is my toes can't GRIP them!

I have to have a back strap now, no more flip flops, because my toes are numb, and I can't "grip" any more, my toes are so tired by the end of the day... I can't really feel how hard I'm gripping and I guess I over compensate. My daughters have come home with the "cutest" flip flops in Gold, and Silver, all kinds of fun colors! I'm good for a run to the store, but not all day at work.
I've tried the Earth shoes from Wal-Mart. But I do need a heel strap I think. It's the gripping with the toes that wears my tootsies out.

As far as socks, I've found some socks at WALGREENS! They are called "Diabetic" socks! I stumbled on them when I took a trip in December and they are the BEST! Just plain old white socks but they are sooooo soft and comfy. If I catch my kids wearing them I yell at them and make them take them off right then and there! They are only about 3.00 a pair, so it's no big deal to buy a pair or two a week.

I'll be on the look out for some good shoes and keep you updated! :
