Hi I am new here but not new to pain. I am now looking at an IT pain pump with prialt. Both are scarey to me. I have some as yet not clearly diagnosed full body burning pain which all my docs call nerve pain. My neuro thinks it may be rare crps that can occur without traumatic injury. Anyway this pain has been taking over my body for 2 years. Been essentially bedridden the last year. No drug worked anticonvulsant or opiate. I did 10 day outpatient ketamine to no effect.
