@Marty--I have some doubts about this liquid B-complex you are using.
It is packaged in a light resistant container, but it appears to have acids added to it...and this may affect the stability of the methylcobalamin.
I'd get some tablets separately and use those properly --it is not that expensive after all. The methylB12 may not last properly in that liquid. And taking with food, is not going to help with its absorption either.
