Ok. I am very open to trying different sources of B12. After my doctor told me this B12 wouldn't work (his opinion) I didn't take it, and now that I AM taking it I've noticed it's close to its expiry and the flavour has changed noticably. It's probably unstable now and not working correctly.

As for the flushing - I have never experienced it before. I was so hot I had to take all my clothes off. And the itching was almost unbearable. Maybe that's normal flushing? I have no idea.
