Lightbulb DBS - Deep Brain Stimulation

I just watched a story on DBS and Parkinson's.

Seems it controlled the severe hand tremors of a man who had Parkinson's. It worked so well that he can now button his shirts and carry a cup of coffee without spilling it. He has to wear a pacemaker that is attached to his brain in the specific region that controls his hand movements. If he turns it off his tremor begins again immediately.

I'm wondering if this could work for MSer's? Has this been discussed before? I looked but didn't see anything on it. I'm going to do some research on the Internet and see if this has been performed on anyone with MS.
