Bending over or having my head down (lower than my butt!) for even a couple seconds makes my head pain dramatically worse. The pressure and pain in my head is unbearable and its one of the very few ways that I can come close to throwing up. (I'm not one to part with my food easily

)
I try to kneel or squat, but I also have a very old knee injury and my knee complains loudly for days if I kneel or squat.
Many of my hobby farm activities require being down low... sometimes I can get away with sitting right on the ground and sometimes on a low bench... but often I just have to bend over and just be sad about it and try to cope.
No one has been able to identify a neck injury on me, which I find a bit surprising since I fell directly on the top of my head from over 6 feet, at speed onto frozen uneven ground. The physiatrist, 3 different physiotherapists, a chiropractor, neurologist have all said my neck is fine.
