I'd like to build a fallout shelter for tornados,and anything Bio,Chem,or atomic.

The answer is simple. I don't have money,so I cannot do it.

I have an emergency plan anyway for some of these things. If anything Atomic happens,I'll have at least time to pray.

I have a NOAA radio beeping in the background,saying Flash Flood warning.
I looked at the NOAA Mosaic Loop on the computer,and I don't see any weather threats. The conditions for a Thunderstorm may develop. I don't like that at this time of night. BF
