I have sensitivity to similar jerks and such. These are common to the roller coaster of PCS recovery. Sounds like you may want to try to avoid congested traffic situations.

When you say, 'using electronics,' do you mean a cell phone or things held to your head/ear or is this something in your hand ? Sometimes, holding the head rigid can cause neck issues.
