Like Mark, I tend to squat rather than bend over whenever possible. Bending over causes me to feel nauseous and dizzy. It also increases the pressure that I feel behind my right eye (this is currently my most painful symptom), although I have no clue why that would happen from bending over.
I can't lay on my side, either, or I instantly become dizzy and sick. Well, not instantly, but within 30 seconds. I hate it. I used to be a side sleeper.
