It's frustrating when you wake up and the rest of the house is sleeping. Why can't we sleep, why do we wake up at stupid times! Drives me crazy. I don't know about you but I seem to have lost the skill of drifting off, it's like I have to put myself in a certain frame of mind before I can cross the threshold. Sleeping meds do more harm than good so I've just come off them, not sure they were doing anything anyway. Time, give it time I tell myself...
