I feel like B vitamins did help with the tingling, but it still returns for brief periods. Like you, it becomes worse while texting or using my laptop.

TBI and whiplash often go hand and hand. That can result in Traumatic Myelopathy of the spine - the "pressing" MWS referenced.
I have a lot of tingling in my face. Sometimes my face is so numb that it feels like I'm wearing a mask.
