This is an old post but I thought I'd add a thought for those reading later ....

I am also trying the apple cider vinegar thing to help with joint pain. Often PN and joint pain go together. Couple of tablespoons a few times a day.

Too early to comment on results but this natural remedy was recommended by many sources.
