What are the most effective treatments (drugs, supplements, therapies, etc.) that folks have used for stopping the neuroinflamatory cascade that is the root cause of PCS?

I've tried various supplements (curcumin, fish oil, vitamin D, theanine) without much success. I've also tried oxygen, Relox treatments (modified Myer's cocktail I.V.s) and LDN, but am still housebound and incapacitated by PCS 18 months post concussion.

I'm looking for ideas on other treatments to try to stop the neuroinflammation.
