Oh, thanks, Lara. I really favored E3... watching him that last
week in the nest with E1, after E2 had accidently fledged.
There were friendly moments between them, and a kind of intimacy that was not present before. So I do believe he has a nice "personality" at the Vet's. I was watching when the accident happened...it was very disturbing. But it seems he will have a life now irregardless of whether he can fly after recovery. I think he'd make a wonderful educational bird/tool for the public and schools, and I think they are already thinking about that since it was mentioned twice already. .
