I totally understand, it's like...just let the MRI show something so people believe me, most just think something would show up and if it hasn't everything is fine, but as Mark says his tests were normal too.
Go online and do some research about MRI's not showing certain things, it's as clear as day.
I would think your cognitive therapist knows what she's talking about so that's a big deal, a Dr can listen to her too. Can she send her report/notes to any Dr/Neuro? I think that would help.
The pounding headaches( I have one today but is finally subsiding after 6 hours) the foggyness, confusion, memory loss takes a toll, it's just finding that right Dr to find out what's going on.
Complex migraine's are similar to seizures but from what you describe it doesn't sound like that.
