Hi Kathy!

Unfortunately yes, yes I do have trouble with muscles in several ways. My legs tend to have lots of spasms. Muscle relaxers and baths help. Activity but not overdoing it.

My original site was in my leg but now I have it in my dominate arm and really bad. I have it in both arms and lots of other places but the muscle pain in my right arm just above and below my elbow is terrible. My upper back muscles (shoulders) is also really bad. Again, I've been using muscle relaxers, but also Veteran Gel, Lidocaine Patches help, but just recently I've had to add a daily tramadol or oxycodone and really grit my teeth while I try and push through the pain of moving my arm. It really does suck. I'm so sorry that you too are dealing with this.
