Restless Leg Syndrome has to be the worst named disorder ever. It can occur in the legs, arms, or torso. It is not a movement. It is a weird sensation that makes you want to move. Weird sensations that only occur at rest, even in the torso, could be RLS. It can take quite a bit of trial and error to get a med that works. And don't forget to have your ferritin levels checked. Ferritin (iron) below 50 can cause RLS.
