Every single night as I'm almost asleep I get a weird feeling, hard to describe but it feels like the inside of my body is shaking, I suddenly feel really scared and the only way to stop it is to get out of bed and walk around.
Got a message from another poster who experiences the same thing and a Dr told her it was from the brain being injured, like a surge of adrenalin.
I can find no answer though to what's happening, it never happens during the day, always at night and usually when I'm drifting off to sleep.
I too dread going to sleep, I know that doesn't help but it's hard so I try to really relax, take a bath etc. nothing is stopping it.
Interesting you have it also but when coming out of sleep.
