I suffer from severe migraines and at times drift away (because of this and severe migraines in 3days ill be having MRI) It sounds like you have along the same lines but severe.. migraine with seizures and this can be dangerous. I would go to ER or call 911 (explain to family and friends that when this starts to call for you) i would call that neurologist back and make this urgent explain the event keeps happening, normally ifthey bbelieve it's seizures you will be seen sooner than later.
