It's normal to have differences between readings taken at different times of the day, or different days.
According to this, dehydration can cause orthostatic hypotension:

Maybe you got a bit low on fluid for a few days? Lower blood volume would also explain a lower-but-normal diastolic reading (the 60, as opposed to 80).
60 is considered marginal, btw -- I just double checked -- meaning loweer than that is considered hypotension.
Make sure to get enough fluids.
If it dosn't happen again, not to worry. If it does, call the doctor.
