Hi,
I saw my therapist earlier today. She volunteered to talk to my pdoc about my sleep problems so that I could get some better/different meds.
I said, "Ha! The last time any tdoc and pdoc of mine talked I ended up in 5 point restraints in the hospital.
She asked, "Do you trust me?"

It's raining and windy here. We are supposed to watch out for tornadoes.
Say hello to Tropical Storm Barry -- the second storm of the season so far.

I need to check with hubby to make sure we have hurricane supplies. He put them somewhere but I can't remember and I surely wouldn't be able to find the in the dark. Plus, the batteries usually don't stay good for more than a year.
