thank you so much waves. I will force myself to drink more water. It still hasn't happened but for a while it was happening regularly.
i didnt get out of my nightgown yesterday. I guess i should get dressed even though i am not going anywhere or seeing anybody. It might make me less depressed. I just started watching wimbleton. I want fedderer to win. I can't be that depressed.
