i didnt get out of my nightgown yesterday. I guess i should get dressed even though i am not going anywhere or seeing anybody. It might make me less depressed. I just started watching wimbleton. I want fedderer to win. I can't be that depressed.

I am glad it hasn't happened again. Could well be just liquids. I am glad you have a home bp monitor too, so you can check things once in a while. My father charts his. We have a few charts that he/I made... just different layouts. If you want to do that, I can send you a chart, lol.
I understand, I stay undressed mostly unless I need to go out. I am trying to get dressed more lately, as well. I think it gets one more into the mentality of doing things. So yes, do try it could help with depression. If you get one of those days though, where you just really need to curl up in bed and feel safe, it's ok, you know. Don't sweat it.
