Default 51 Months and Still Improving

I'm at the 51 month mark and still making progress. Joint mobility, self-myofascial release, and vacuum cupping are what work for me. The difference between mobility and stretching is, you just move to the tension and then pull away a few times. You don't hold it there like to do in a regular stretch. It's what works for me. The stubborn areas I use self-myofascial release and vacuum cupping on. Persistence is everything and don't listen to all the negative stuff and know-it-alls.
